Open Mic Extravaganza at Parima – March 19, 2010 – We’ve got a special event happening on March 19th and YOU to be a part of it. Please join us at Parima from 6:30-11 for an Open Mic Extravaganza with music, comedy, poetry, dance and so much more! All proceeds will be donated to the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf.

Mental Health and Emotional Wellness – April 13, 2010 - This workshop will cover anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD which can impact every aspect of a person’s life. Feelings of happiness, contentment, enthusiasm and pleasure often become diminished. These issues are very real and often have nutritional imbalances as a part of the reason for struggle. Dr. Suzy Harris will be on hand to demonstrate a state of the art technique used to find the nutitional imbalances that may be contributing to your health concerns.
